Adobe Title, LLC provides an extensive array of title research and examination services. Since we maintain our own local title plant we have the resources for every job that comes our way. Unlike some of our competition we do not outsource our title research needs. Everything is done using local resources right here in Texas.

 

Our Title Examination Plant

Our title examination plant is located in Burleson, Texas within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We pride ourselves on the fact that we employ Texas residents and employ American citizens to perform all of our title examination, instead of outsourcing the work to foreign countries. At our Title Plants we examine all recorded information to the property or real estate in common paralleling with records of related county recorder's office. Our examiners are among the best in the business. Our title plant management team of Kelly Hodgkins, plant manager, and Beth Anne Simpson, assistant plant manager, have more than 40 years of combined experience.

 

Our Title Examiners

With Title Examination Research services; Adobe Title LLC helps its clients secure a marketable title of a real property by examining the comments, objections and requirements attached in detail for the status of the property title. Our examiners review irregularities and defects by reviewing related documents and records, deeds, abstracts, affidavits and any other documents that show an owner's exposure to liability. We take advantage of our local resources to best explain the state of title for a property.
